★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a foglalási rendszer a lenti terem kapcsán (ahol nem mehetek el szó nélkül a masszív dohos szag mellett) nem tükrözi a valóságot, helyismeret nélkül nem tud oda foglalni az ember, ahova és ahogy ülni szeretne. A székek a valóságban pont fordítva vannak számozva, mint ahogy a rendszerben látszik, ráadásul az sincs megjelenítve, hogy 2 szék teljesen külön áll a sortól. Így mi voltunk olyan "szerencsések", hogy a 2 gyerektől másfél méterre ültünk, majd menet közben cseréltünk 1 felnőtt-1 gyerek párokra. Bár az alkalmazottak kedvesen reagáltak a helyzetre, de semmi megoldást nem tudtak adni, mivel pont sokan voltunk azon a vetítésen. Számomra az élményt teljesen tönlretette. Nem vagyok informatikus, de nem hiszem, hogy annyira nagy teljesítmény kell a számozás megfordításához és a 2 széknyi üres hely jelöléséhez.
 Unfortunately, the booking system for the room below (where I can’t go without a word with the massive musty smell) doesn’t reflect reality, without local knowledge, you can’t book where and how you want to sit. In reality, the chairs are numbered exactly the other way around, as you can see in the system, and it is not shown that 2 chairs are completely separate from the row. So we were so "lucky" that we sat a meter and a half away from the 2 kids and then switched to 1 adult-1 kid pair on the fly. Although the staff responded kindly to the situation, they could not provide any solution as we were exactly at that screening. For me, it completely ruined the experience. I’m not an IT, but I don’t think it takes so much power to reverse the numbering and mark the 2-seat empty space.
