We booked the accommodation in April, (2021) in early August. As it turned out, we became a victim of the scam, so we canceled the booking. We encountered the following issues: - Until yesterday, the owner was not informed that there is a valid booking for us through an intermediary company for the above-mentioned date. An employee of the brokerage firm says he owns and is his "friends" - As it turns out, the accommodation for 13 people (9 adults and 4 children) can accommodate up to 10 people. No extra bed possible. - We predicted that we would like to take our pets with us (2 cats and a rabbit), to which the answer of the employee of the brokerage company was that it could be solved, of course. Owner didn't know that either. According to the owner, "he does not recommend releasing our pets, as there is a hunting dog on the property who also has free access to the house and would presumably tear apart our pets." -Of course, we did not receive any prior information about the caretaker belonging to the property. -On our request to remove the dog from the property — not because of animal hatred, but because of the circumstances mentioned above — for the duration of our stay there, the owner’s response was that he was unable to take the ebony because they often visit the site, so to speak “no desirable people ". -Nevertheless, when the owner was informed of the amount transferred so far, as a deposit, he suggested that "we cancel the valid reservation at the broker and hand over the accommodation fee we have undertaken in cash on the 9th". In return, he takes the janitor. (Of course, there was a question floating there as to what would protect us from crawling "visitors" in this case.) - We also received information from the owner that the accommodation is NOT private at all anyway (contrary to what was advertised on several surfaces), because ANYONE can go in ANYONE at any time due to the fishing lake. -Owner spoke to us in an UNCLASSIFIED tone- as well as to clients. I think all this is reason enough to recommend this accommodation to anyone for a holiday.

We had a reservation by the end of August with a group of friends. 7 adults, 1 child, 1 dog. Accommodation found on a broker site. Unfortunately, not half of what was in the ad was true. We agreed in advance by phone that this dog was not a problem. The owner said there is also 1 large dog in the yard of the cottage. We asked if there was a way to close it until our 3 pound puppy was out in the yard. He plays, does his thing, and so on. Of course, it was possible - the answer was. When we got there, we realized that this wasn’t what we wanted, what we paid for! The dog couldn’t really be locked up, he walked freely all day! Needless to say, it wasn't an uplifting feeling to be in the yard with a 10-month-old child or a puppy ... it's impossible! The plot was neglected, grassy, ​​with all sorts of wreckage behind the house. Of the 3 promised lakes, 1 was only accessible. It is also suitable for fishing, not swimming. We didn't even find the rest of the weeds. The owner told us not to look for them..it's not a tennis court. The baby gear they promised was the crib alone. There were also mattresses and blankets lined up, we had to unpack it. No high chair, baby bath, changing room and I could list more. There were 2 bed mattresses against the wall in the living room! That stayed there too. The equipment of the kitchen was not developed as described. I won't even mention the outdoor oven part! It was at least a kid’s “playground,” it couldn’t really be used just in the knee-length weed. The only thing I gave 2 * to is the house. Each room really had a separate bath and toilet. It was a huge disappointment to all of us!
