If I need Opel service anyway, I'd rather go to another city.

Here are some examples and suggestions: - Providing a replacement car should be a standard for all categories. Or if not I suggest an agreement with a taxi company and it can be offered as an alternative to the waiting customer. There is a BMW service where it works anyway, I'm sorry it's not here. - It is appropriate to inform the customer (elsewhere) about the extra costs. It would have been good for me too. - If I can't just go for it for the car until closing, it would also greatly enhance the "premium" feeling if I could pick up the key with the help of a vending machine or a security guard (say with a code). I note in parentheses this also works for competition. - I would not list my comments on technical and other prices here, as everyone buys or does not buy a car at their own discretion and budget. One thing is for sure: they have no easy thing to do, as it is not easy to sell such quality at such a price, although you can see more and more on the roads. Congratulations on that!
