Email-ben volt visszaigazolt időpontom 5 fő részére, de nem tudtak jegyet biztosítani mert minden jegyet eladtak annak ellenére, hogy az emailben csak az átvételre vonatkozó szabályok voltak - amiket egyébként maximálisan teljesítettünk - de, hogy jegyet nem biztos, hogy tudnak adni arról sehol sem volt szó még csak ÁSZF feltételeit sem hivatkozták meg benne. De ezt is sikerült alulmúlni a kritikán aluli kommunikációval. Ha ezek után felajánlananának ingyen jegyet sem mennék el. Bánom, hogy nem írtam a vásárlók könyvébe ? I haven’t seen the show itself, I can’t even say it might be good but I didn’t get in. I had an email confirmed for 5 people but could not provide a ticket because all the tickets were sold despite the fact that the email only contained pick-up rules - which we otherwise complied with - but that the ticket may not be available anywhere. it did not even refer to the terms of the GTC. But this also managed to go beyond critical communication. If they offered them a free ticket after that, they wouldn't go away. I regret not writing in the customer book ?
l	lászló szert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mivel mindig 5 csillagra értékeltem és a facen is csak dicsert őket, azért én most csak 4-es ,mert sokkal ,de sokkal jobb műsort is láttam már tőlük, hacsak a nyári cirkuszok éjszakája műsort nézem az is picivel jobb volt bár nekem az is csalódás volt.Viszont megértem, hogy a covid és egyéb tényezők miatt egyre nehezebb színvonalas műsort tető alá hozni, hogy még akár az állat barátoknak is tetszen. Viszont valamikor nagyon sokáig Christian Folco volt a bohóc sajnos Ő sem tudott megujulni, de a mostani Nagymama produkció is kezd unalmassá válni és maradjunk a földön sok lassan az öntömjénezés.....Nagyon régen követem őket ezért írom e sorokat! Egészséget kívánok az egész társulatnak! Since I always rated them 5 stars and the facen only praised them, I only got 4 now, because I've seen a lot, much better show from them, unless I watched the summer circus night show, it was a little better, though I'm disappointed. I, on the other hand, understand that due to covid and other factors, it’s getting harder to bring a quality show under the roof that even animal friends will like. However, once upon a time for a very long time Christian Folco was the clown unfortunately He could not be renewed either, but the current Grandma production is also starting to get boring and let's stay on the ground a lot of self-infestation ..... I have been following them for a long time so I write these lines! I wish health to the whole company!
R	Renata Racsková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherné,velkolepé představení,přátelská atmosféra,prostě super.Jezdíme každý rok a nikdy jsme nebyli zklamaní???všem doporučuji navštívit cirkus v Balatonlelle. Wonderful, spectacular performance, friendly atmosphere, just great. We go every year and we were never disappointed. However, I recommend visiting the circus in Balatonlelle.

B	Barney Mezey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this circus. It felt like when I was a kid for the first time in a circus. Everything was awesome and the clowns were funny but not scary. They had animals too which all the small kids were looking at with awe. The acrobats were entertaining with their skillful acts sometimes with traditional acts on horseback or with space age choreography.
