★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Délutáni, kora esti csúcsidőben nem mindig működik minden ablak, ezért hosszú a várakozási idő. Jó lenne hetenként legalább 1 nap, amikor tovább van nyitva, mert aki este 6 után ér haza, nem tud semmit intézni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A honlapon megadott telefonszámon előfizető nem kapcsolható! A postás által bedobott értesítés nincs megfelelően kitöltve! Az értesítőn található telefonszámot nem veszik fel. Egyébként egész nap otthon voltam, de nem csengetett a postás, hanem bedobta az értesítőt, ez nem először fordul elő. Zárás előtt a postán személyesen érdeklődtem, de a küldemény nincs sehol, válaszuk: nem az ő felelősségük, hanem a szolnoki 2-es postáé. A kézbesítők oda tartoznak. Szerintem meg posta az posta. Csak dobálózik mindenki a szavakkal, meg az emberek türelmét próbálgatják. A munkát kellene pontosan elvégezni és akkor nem lenne konfliktus!
