★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyvéd urat két-három hete bíztuk volna meg egy megállapodás elkészítésével. El is küldtünk neki minden okiratot, amit elkért hozzá. Ez volt lassan három hete, azóta nem jelentkezett. Számtalanszor próbáltam elérni telefonon, de sosem veszi fel a telefont. Email üzenetet is küldtem neki, illetve hagytam neki SMS üzenetet - gondoltam azt legalább látja, ha a nem fogadott hívásokat nem veszi észre -, de visszahívni sem méltat.
Megengedheti ezt magának egy ügyvéd???
Nem hinném! Ha lehetne "nulla" pontot adni, annyit adnék!
We would have entrusted the lawyer with making an agreement two to three weeks ago. We also sent him every document he asked for. It had been slow for three weeks, he hadn’t reported since. I’ve tried to reach it countless times over the phone, but it never picks up the phone. I also sent him an email or left him an SMS - I thought he would at least see if he didn’t notice the missed calls - but he didn’t deserve to call me back.
Can a lawyer afford this ???
I do not think so! If I could give a "zero" point, I would give that much!
