Telefonon próbáltam felvenni a kapcsolatot a céggel, több napon keresztül, a hívószám azonban nem elérhető. Épület fóliázással kapcsolatban érdeklődtem volna, nagyobb összegben, így sajnos más lesz a kivitelező, pedig a márkához ragaszkodtam volna. A telefont sem értem, de hogy írásban nem lehet az ügyfélnek válaszolni komolytalan üzleti menetre vall. Budapesti telefonszámot hívva a válasz: “Nekünk is ez a telefonszám van..” Kb. ugyanennyi fáradtság lett volna elkérni a telefonszámomat, és megpróbálni felvenni a kapcsolatot partnerrel. I asked for a quote in writing, to which I did not receive a reply for several weeks. I tried to contact the company by phone for several days, but the phone number is not available. I would have been interested in building foiling, for a larger amount, so unfortunately the contractor will be different, even though I would have stuck to the brand. I don’t understand the phone either, but the fact that it is not possible to respond in writing to a customer testifies to a frivolous business process. Calling a telephone number in Budapest, the answer is: "We also have this telephone number." It would have been about the same amount of fatigue to ask for my phone number and try to contact a partner.
