★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai nap folyamán a Lenyűgöző szülinapi torták egyszerűen főzőkurzuson vettem részt Nábelek Zsófi vezetésével. Nagyon jól éreztem magam; a torták szépre és nem utolsó sorban nagyon finomakra sikerültek. Zsófi nagyon jól kézben tartotta a kurzus levezetését, igyekezve mind a három csapatban besegíteni és átadni az apróbb trükköket. Tetszett, hogy olyan torta recepteket hozott, amiket utána otthon is megpróbálhatunk majd elkészíteni . Nagyon tehetségesnek tartom a Zsófit, csak így tovább :)
 During this day, I took part in a stunning birthday cake simply on a cooking course led by Zábre Nábelek. I felt very well; the cakes were fine and last but not very fine. Zsófi had a very good command of the course, trying to help and hand over the small tricks in all three teams. I liked having a cake recipe that we could try to make at home. I consider Zsófit very talented, just so much more :)
