Egyáltalán nem segítőkészek ha bármiféle gond van az itt vásárolt termékkel.
Cserélni is csak nehézkesen lehet, olyan terméket pròbálnak rásòzni a vásárlóra amire egyáltalán nincs szüksége, ha már olyan árucikkel nem tudnak szolgálni amit szívesen meg is venne a vevő.

A matrac nem volt raktáron, de pár napon belül át lehetett venni a megbeszéltek szerint az üzletben. Minden rendben ment, elégedett vagyok a bolttal és a vásárlással.
The seller was correct, helpful. He helped me choose the right mattress that I could try and get a 12 year guarantee. The mattress was not in stock, but within a few days they could be taken to the store as they discussed. Everything went well, I'm happy with the shop and the shopping.
