A tradíció és a merész útkeresés nemcsak szakmai és piaci stratégiáját, de sok díjnyertes borát is jellemzi. Nem vagyok borszakértő, de legutóbbi ottjártamkor nagyon megfogott a "Fekete-fehér" nevű Pinot Noirja, ami egy fekete nevű kékszőlőből készült fehér bor, amely színében inkább a rozéra hajadzik. Kánikulában, laza fröccsként kiváló kísérője volt Fiola góljának.
Don't look for top wines here, but Tibor will carry on the family traditions with great humility and expertise. Tradition and bold path-finding characterize not only his professional and market strategy, but also many award-winning wines. I’m not a wine expert, but the last time I went there I was very caught up in Pinot Noirja called “Black and White,” which is a white wine made from blue grapes called black, which requires rosé in color. In the heat, as a loose splash, he was an excellent accompaniment to Fiola's goal.
