I did not enjoy being watched by the security guy while shopping for clothes, even if I noticed that he was not targeting at me. (He was literally watching everyone.)
There was a time when I bought many winter items. The cashier staff forgot to take out the security sticker thing from the coat. When I walked out of the door, it was a very awkward "beep" moment. The security seemed quite familiar with the situation. He didn't say anything and took out the sticker from the coat in the first try. It seemed like this happened a lot of times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this dress yesterday for my girlfriend. Arrived home after removing the labels, my girlfriend realized it was defective. At the shop they explained me they cannot change nor repair because they have a policy for return. I will not recommend this brand for the poor aftersell service and for the quality of the product they sell. For this price you can expect both aftersell service and quality, but I saw none either in the staff qualification nor in the boutique were they place multiple defective products. I will never buy again.
