V	Vladimir Sh. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect check-in instructions. Really very simple. Position is also very good - night life of the city is around you there. But! It looks like they doesn't always have time to clean everything up. When we arrived - toilet and bathroom were dirty. Minor thing for somebody but not for us. I believe they can do better!
E	Eva B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately it is not possible to rate with zero stars. We were supposed to self check in with a key provided in a box. Sadly there was no key, even though we let them know earlier that we would arrive between 8 and 9pm. 1. Calls were first not answered 2. He promised someone would come after 30 minutes to help us 3. We called again after 40 minutes as nobody came and we were tired and it was getting late 4. He told us nobody is coming and he doesn't have time/want to as he is at a party -> he also sounded very drunk/high by that time and didn't answer properly anymore. 5. He told us to open a second box but the keys provided there didn't fit. 6. By that time he hang up on our calls and didn't pick up anymore. It was almost midnight by than and we were forced to look for another hotel in a city we have never been to before. Overall catastrophic experience and the worst first impression one could ever get of a country and it's capital.

I was notified at the last moment that nobody will waiting for me for check in, but the self check-in instructions was very punctual and accurate. The room is equipped with bed, desk, chair, small coach. To reach my bed I have to use stairs. I found a lot of dust on top of the furniture. For me this is not professional. The kitchen is large room well equipped wit everything you're need. The smoking is prohibited inside but you can smoke at small balcony accessible from the kitchen. Anyway I'm enjoying my stay here.
