Best Korean restaurant in Hungary

L	Leo C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff greeted us on entry and sat us down with at a lovely window table almost instantly. Service cannot be faulted, especially as an English speaking tourist. The restaurant is decorated with Korean movie and Tv series posters and has Kpop playing in the background, it all feels very authentic. Finally the food and prices; cannot complain - the food was everything we hoped for and priced very reasonably. Would love to come by again next time I am in Budapest!

I’m always trying to go where the locals eat and this seemed to have Koreans eating there, so why not. Staff was nice, food came quickly and payment, if I remember correctly, could be done by card also, but my rule is to always have cash at a Asian restaurant. As this was the first time I tried Korean, being more accustomed to Japanese cuisine, I can’t say if it was good or bad. It was good for me, although a bit sweet. At payment was a small mishap where they didn’t know what I have ordered, but it was solved with the staff asking me. Prices are comparable with Japanese restaurants. The only strange thing is that they add 10% at the end, but you are warned of that in the menu.

Bulgogi noodles was also very good. The owner and staffs were also very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I could eat their Kimchi Jjigae everyday and not get bored of it! The overall atmosphere, kpop songs/ kdrama soundtracks playing in the background makes the whole dining experience even more wonderful.✨

T	Tim Byrne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my younger brother returned from Korea as a young GI with his new wife in tow 40 years ago, she quickly won us over with her amazing skills in the kitchen. It was my first taste of Korean food and I was instantly hooked. In fact, it’s one of my favorite cuisines. I never expected to find flavors like I remembered here in Budapest, but much to my delight I found Manna. The portions were generous and perfect for sharing. Everything was incredibly flavorful and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Our waiter was very attentive and took time to explain how to combine the sauces with the dishes to obtain the perfect experience. My only complaint is that I would have loved to see some mandu on the menu because they are the perfect appetizer. Japchae would also be nice but the Pork Bulgogi with noodles were quite tasty. The spicy rice cakes were a table favorite. 맛있는 식사 감사합니다
