A megadott, 14 napos határidőn belül visszaküldtem a terméket a honlapon feltüntetett instrukciók alapján, majd a csomagot visszaküldték nekem, mondván, hogy "elköltöztek". Mire a csomag visszaért hozzám és újra fel tudtam adni az új címre, amit közben a honlapon is módosítottak (jelzem, hogy az elállási nyilatkozaton még a régi cím van feltüntetve), természetesen kifutottam a 14 napból, így nem hajlandók visszafizetni a termék árát. Nekem a postázgatás eddig több, mint 5000 forintomba került, és kizárólag az ő hibájukból és a félretájékoztatás miatt futottam ki a 2 hetes határidőből, nem a saját hibámból. A kommunikációjuk kritikán aluli, telefonszám nincs megadva, a reakció idő minimum 1 hét minden levelemre. Mivel nem hajlandók visszafizetni a termék árát, a következő utam a békéltető testülethez fog vezetni, bízva abban, hogy lesz valami következménye a sok negatív visszajelzésnek. (megrendeleskor jeleztem) Amennyiben a levelemre nem erkezik valasz, akkor megy a NAV feljelentes, fogyasztovedelem, bekelteto. Nem javaslom senkinek. Holmibolt, Mao Direkt Import neven fut. Jogsértő a magatartásuk, a Fogyasztóvédelem és Békéltető Testület folyamatosan foglalkozik az ügyeikkel. Többször megbüntették őket, mégis folytatják. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket! B	Benji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez a sztori körülbelül egy éve volt. Megrendeltünk egy főnöki széket, ami 1 hónap alatt érkezett meg... De ha még csak ennyi lett volna a probléma. Az érkezett szék semmiben nem hasonlított a megrendelthez képest, a méretek egyáltalán nem egyeztek, a kinézet sem, valamint hiányoztak csavarok az összeszereléshez, nem mellesleg silány minőségű volt a termék! Elállási jogra hivatkozva visszaküldtük a terméket (3000 Ft-ért..), így a végén visszakaptuk a szék árát. Természetesen kommunikációra nagyon sok időt vártunk, illetve tájékoztattak emailben, hogy policyjükben az áll, hogyha nincs raktáron a rendelt áru akkor egy másik küldenek helyette. Felháborító! Jó hogy nem egy 3 lábú hokedlit küldtek 30 000 Ft-ért... Egyáltalán nem ajánlom! That story was about a year ago. We ordered a boss chair that arrived in 1 month ... But if that was the problem. It's good that they didn't send a 3-legged hockey stick for 30,000 HUF ... I don't recommend it at all!
