-központi helyen helyezkedik el..minden közel van boltok, part étterem játszótér
-szép virágoskert gondozott növényekkel
-kedves házigazda, aki ott lakik, de jelenléte nem zavaró
-sok jó könyv
-kéresre törölköző és gyermek kád
Negatívum
-az egész apartmanban kellemetlen állott szag terjeng
-elavult régi nyikorgó bútorok (a fürdő szépen felújított)
- csak virágoskert van ezen kívül semmi zöld, fű sincs
- rendķívül zajos az ablakok nem zárnak jól az utcában nagy a forgalom(augusztus)
-melegvíz a zuhanyzóban kb két percig jön majd hideg..az ujabb adag melegvízre kb 5 percet kell várni igy a zuhanyzás élvezhetetlen
-az erkély nagy ès tágas viszont korán reggeltől odatűz a nap így elvezhetetlen
-a szoba ablakon nincs sötétítő függöny csak egy szalagfüggöny így napfelkeltétől fényárban úszik a hálószoba..
-az éjjeli lámpának olyan erős fénye van, hogy éjjel használhatatlan
- tisztasag volt viszont a szőnyegek a szobában es a konyhában az asztalterítő erősen elhasználtak
-konyharuha nem szívja a vizet..
-nagyon sok ízlestelen "csetresz"van szobában konyhában
 Positive:
-centrally located..every close to shops, beach restaurant playground
-beautiful flower garden with well-groomed plants
-dear host who lives there but his presence is not disturbing
lots of good books
towels and children's bath on request
Negative
-the unpleasant steady smell is spreading throughout the apartment
-dated old squeaky furniture (the bathroom is beautifully renovated)
- there is only a flower garden, besides, there is nothing green, no grass
- extremely noisy windows do not close well on the street heavy traffic (August)
-hot water in the shower will come cold for about two minutes..the next dose of hot water will have to wait about 5 minutes so the shower is unenjoyable
-the balcony is large and spacious but the sun shines early in the morning so it is indestructible
-the room window has no blackout curtains just a strip curtain so the bedroom floats in the light from sunrise ..
-the night lamp has such a bright light that it is useless at night
- the carpets in the room were clean and the tablecloth in the kitchen was very worn
-kitchen clothes do not absorb water ..
-There are a lot of tasteless "cheats" in the room kitchen
