Az óriási, sárga klinkertéglás siló, a világ első monolit vasbeton gombafödémes tartószerkezete a Mátyás király úti csarnokban, a kopolitüveges felülvilágító építmény, egyedi és kuriózum faszerkezetű csarnok a főépületben, víztorony, és még hosszasan lehetne sorolni az épületegyüttes értékeit. Páratlan ipari építészeti és ipartörténeti emlék borzalmas állapotban, mely sajnos jó ideje az enyészeté (helyi védettsége és többek között az előbb felsoroltak ellenére).
