★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Közadakozásból készült a Mária-kép és a hozzátartozó fülke az 1880-as évek elején. Az első kápolna nyitásáig az alsómégyi lakosok a Mária-kép előtt szabadtérben imádkoztak, melyre ereklyeként tekintettek. A fülkében egy vaslemezre festett, kezében a gyermek Jézust tartó Mária kép került elhelyezésre. Utolsó felújítását a Rimai család végezte 2006-ban.
 The image of Mary and the associated booth were made from public donations in the early 1880s. Until the opening of the first chapel, the inhabitants of Alsómégy prayed in the open air in front of the image of Mary, which was considered a relic. In the booth, a picture of Mary holding the child Jesus, painted on an iron plate, was placed in her hand. It was last renovated by the Rimai family in 2006.
