The only full-length statue of Maria Theresa found in Hungary was placed in the castle park on March 5, 2011, on the 260th anniversary of her visit to Gödöllő.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eredetileg a budapesti Millenniumi Emlékmű egyik szobra volt, Zala György készítette 1907-ben. 1918 után eltávolították az emlékműről. 2002-ben Illyés Antal restaurálta , 2011-ben állították föl a kastélyparkban Mária Terézia gödöllői látogatásának 260. évfordulójára.
It was originally a statue of the Budapest Millennium Memorial, made by György Zala in 1907. After 1918 it was removed from the monument. It was restored by Antal Illyés in 2002 and erected in 2011 in the castle park to mark the 260th anniversary of Maria Theresa's visit to Gödöllő.
