★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It tries to be more than it is... It's advertized as a luxury condominium complex, but it's really not. There are no amenities that you would expect at a place like this. The prices are outrageous though. Apartments are small, and the layout of them is not practical. There are few shops close, and those are very expensive. There is a shopping center near by, which kinda solves that problem. The whole place is surrounded by an industrial bad looking neighborhood. The only thing going for it, is that it has nice views of Buda, if you are on the right side of the buildings of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Stay in this area every time we visit, fantastic for metroM3( exception being while being renovated 2017/18) which will get you to the centre very quickly and the hub for onward travel.
Fantastic walks , duna plaza a short walk away where you can find supermarkets,assortment of other large retail /eating places and a cinema.
Just a great place to stay ,the apartments themselves are modern and clean with a variety of options available, small supermarkets,gym/sauna access and various other business' around.
Big plus are some of the amazing views of the Danube and hills. Just wish I lived here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. My father lives there. There are many beautiful apartments with gorgeous views of the Danube. The location is also very good because it feels you are in nature, but the downtown is really close. The only issue is the trash. It's really dissapointing when you are walking beside the Danube and you see a pile of rubbish.....i give 4 stars because of this.
