★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ruha teljesen úgy néz ki, mint amikor bevittem tisztításra, mintha hozzá sem nyúltak volna. Egyedül az alsó része volt poros a ruhának, ezen kívül semmiféle makacs szennyeződés, fű- vagy bármilyen más folt NEM volt rajta. Jeleztem a problémát a dolgozónak, illetve azt, hogy írásbeli panaszt szeretnék tenni, de arról tájékoztattak arrogáns hangnemben, hogy nincs rá lehetőség. Nem ajánlom senkinek!
The dress totally looks like when I brought it in for cleaning, as if they hadn’t even touched it. Only the underside of the garment was dusty, and there was NO stubborn dirt, grass, or any other stain on it. I indicated the problem to the worker and that I would like to make a written complaint, but I was informed in an arrogant tone that it was not possible. I do not recommend to anyone!
