A Marso vagy a Continental elvette a szolgáltatás árát anno, de most egy regisztrációra hivatkozva nem jött létre a szerződés ( kötéskor annyit mondtak a férjemnek, hogy rendben van). Hiába tudjuk igazolni számlával, hogy kifizettük, egymásra mutogatnak meg ránk. Szerintem ilyen a világon nincs, hogy zsebre teszik a pénzt, majd nem küldik vissza, ha nem jön létre a szerződés. Megy a mutyizás, visszahívást ígérnek, ők is meg a Continental is, de az ügy nem halad. Sajnos ezek után senkinek nem ajánlom, főleg az egyéb "szolgáltatásaikat". Unfortunately, after that, I would not recommend it to anyone, especially their other "services".

A járványhelyzetre tekintettel az egészségügyi dolgozóknak biztosított 50%-os kedvezményükkel kifejezetten pozitívan megleptek. Csak ajánlani tudom! Náluk egy kerékcsere vagy egy javítás, műszaki nem csak az adott dologra szól, ha észrevesznek valami hibát, javítják (persze előtte megkérdeznek, hogy engeded e), meg is mutatják,pontosan mi a hiba, nem csak a semmibe dolgoznak. az árak is elfogadhatóak. Az ügyintéző hölgy aki kiemelkedően udvarias és segítőkész volt, tájékoztatott arról, hogy levelük kézhezvétele után átvehetem a debreceni kirendeltségen. A gumik átvétele, már messze nem volt ilyen gördülékeny. A debreceni ügyintéző hölgy (A.T.) hozzáállása a megrendeléshez, már semmiképpen sem nevezhető ügyfélbarátnak. Háromszor (!) kellett megmutatnom a cég által küldött értesítést, ahhoz, hogy értetlenkedés és körülményes ügyintézése után hozzájussak a megrendelt termékhez. Nem látom azt, hogy a cég részéről valaki érdemben reagált volna az eddigi bejegyzésekre, de mégis, tettem egy próbát. Két csillagot a központban dolgozó hölgy pozitív hozzállása miatt adtam.
