I contacted them in detail, they received me within 15 minutes without notice, and they solved my problem. I'll even go to them if I have a problem.

Nagyon korrektek voltak, javasolták, hogy cseréljük ki a kerék anyákat, mert már kopottak. Negyed órán belül készen is volt a gumi szerelés. Köszönöm a Marso Veszprém Kft-nek a kifogástalan kiszolgálást, Steierlein László úrnak pedig a rugalmasságot az időpont egyeztetéssel kapcsolatban. Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek! I arrived on time. They called me right away and I was able to call for service. They were very fair, it was suggested that we replace the wheel nuts because they were already worn. The tire assembly was ready within a quarter of an hour. I would like to thank Marso Veszprém Kft for the impeccable service and Mr. László Steierlein for the flexibility in arranging the date. Meg is mutatták. Másnapra kaptam időpontot. Addigra beszerezték az alkatrészt. Minden terv szerint történt. Az autót a megbeszélt időpontban át tudtam venni. A munkafelvevő számomra kissé szokatlan kommunikációja volt az egyetlen apróság, ami nem tetszett. I've been there twice. For the first time, I went to a running gear show. The pit caused physical damage to one of the parts. The bug was quickly found. They showed it. I got an appointment the next day. By then, the part had been procured. It all went according to plan. I was able to pick up the car at the agreed time. The slightly unusual communication of the employee for me was the only little thing I didn’t like.

A megjelölt időpontban be is vitték az autóm, és nagyon gyorsan készen is lettek vele. Profi ügyintéző és profi szolgáltatás, köszönöm!
