They take advantage and look down on their own workers, their subcontractors as well. They’re hired, they speak disrespectfully, they don’t set specific expectations, but they criticize your work. Then before the trial period expires they are thrown away like a used handkerchief. By blocking your private belongings from you, they will not allow access; they will simply be taken away from you! They are characterized by incorrect, unfair, Sumacian behavior!
