Rendeltem egy matracot mert nem volt raktáron, 7 napon belül meg kellett volna érkeznie. Persze nem szóltak hogy nem jön meg és "talán" egy héten belül érkezik. Telefonon megbeszéltük hogy a győri üzletükbe lenne ez a matrac és elmennénk érte, mondta a hölgy hogy előtte menjünk be az előlegért és az anyagiakat a masik üzletbe kell intézni. Odamentünk aznap reggel de egy masik hölgy nem akarta visszaadni az előleget, mondván fizessük ki és utána atvehetjük győrbe. Látatlanba nem szerettem volna ezt, ezek után nem voltam benne biztos hogy valóban volt a győri üzletbe a matrac. Végül a hölgy úgy adta vissza az előleget hogy odadobta hozzám a pénzt!!! Soha nem tapasztaltam ilyen szintű viselkedést egy eladótól sem.
Employee behavior is unqualifiable !!!
I ordered a mattress because it was not in stock, it should have arrived within 7 days. Of course, they didn't say he wouldn't come and "maybe" he would arrive in a week. We discussed on the phone that they would have this mattress in their store in Győr and we would go for it, the lady said to go in front of it for the down payment and the financial ones should be taken to the other store. We went there that morning but another lady didn’t want to give back the down payment, saying we’d pay it off and then we could take it to Győr. I didn't want this invisibly, after that I wasn't sure if the mattress was really in the store in Győr. Finally, the lady returned the down payment by throwing the money at me !!! I have never experienced this level of behavior from any seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hozzáértő, nagyon kedves a hölgy és nagyon jók a termékek. Gyorsan sikerült kiválasztani a megfelelő matracot, igaz, már tudtuk nagyjából, mit akarunk. Az árak is elfogadhatóak.
Competent, very kind lady and very good products. We were able to quickly choose the right mattress, though, we already knew pretty much what we wanted. Prices are also acceptable.
