Először is nagyon szimpatikus volt, hogy egy kellemes hangú és stílusú úriember felhívott és megköszönve a rendelést, tájékoztatott, hogy milyen események várhatóak amíg eljut hozzám a megrendelt termék. Természetesen az utalás után, minden a megbeszéltek szerint zajlott. Gyakorlatilag az összes eseményről kaptam emailben értesítést, így tudtam, hogy megérkezett a pénz valamint azt is, hogy mikor adták fel a terméket. A matrac fantasztikus, teljes mértékben hozza az elvártakat és külön köszönöm a két párnát. Rendkívül korrekt és kulturált a vevőkkel való kommunikáció, mintha egy kedves barátomtól vettem volna a matracot. Még egyszer köszönök mindent és csak így tovább. Újabb rendelés után a véleményem: Korábban már vásároltam a Matracországtól, meg voltam elégedve ezért, választottam újra ezt a céget. Ahogy a múltkor, úgy most is korrekt, és gyors volt az ügyintézés. A termékkel minden rendben, a megbeszéltek szerint és a hirdetett minőségben érkezett. A kommunikáció és kedvesség csillagos ötös. Of course, after the referral, everything went as agreed. I received email notifications of virtually all events so I knew the money had arrived as well as when the product was released. The mattress is fantastic, fully meets your expectations and a special thank you for the two pillows. The communication with the customers is extremely fair and cultured, as if I had bought the mattress from a dear friend of mine. Thanks again for everything and so on. After another order, my opinion: I had bought from Mattress Country before, I was satisfied with that, I chose this company again. As in the past, the administration was fair and fast. The product arrived with everything in order, as agreed and in the advertised quality. Communication and kindness are stellar five.

Köszönet mégegyszer a korábbi személyes, majd a későbbi telefonos segítséggel kapcsolatban! :) Minden a megbeszéltek és tervezettek alapján történt, telefonon egyeztetés, majd e-mailben folyamatos értesítés a rendeléssel kapcsolatban! A tervezetthez képest volt egy minimális csúszás, de ilyen termék vásárlása előre betervezett, így számomra ez nem okozott problémát! :) A szállító céggel telefonon egyeztettünk a kiszállítás napjáról és egy várható napszakról, majd a futár 1 órával érkezés előtt telefonon jelzett! Az autóban rend van, mindennek terméknek megvan a maga helye, azok rögzítve vannak! Kedvesek voltak, a termékkel úgy bántak, mintha a sajátjuk lenne!
