Érdemes a környéken is körbenézni, sok látnivaló akad: függőhíd, Makovecz-féle építőtábor maradványai, tanösvények, források stb.
Akik kedvelik a geocachinget, ők sem csalódnak, a környéken található pár elrejtett láda is.
Egyedül a turistajelzések, amelyek eléggé elhanyagoltak a környéken, igy aki nagyobb túrát tervez, hozzon magával térképet is.
