Csak annyit szeretnék Önöknek megírni,hogy már nem első eset,hogy nem közölték a z utasokkal,hogy késik az Inter city és így az utas bukott több ezer forintot. A válasz a a reklamációra ,az volt,hogy bocsi de nem váltjuk át a hely jegyet, mert csak 20 percet késet.De én mondjuk 2 órát vártam a másik csatlakozásra ,mert a csatlakozást nem értem el.Ja és a hölgy szerint nincs panaszkönyv,de töbeb ezer forintom mánta. Szerintem közölni kellene az utasokkkal, hogy késni fog a vonat. Nem, mindenki gazdag aki nInter cytyvel utazik.Az már más kérdée,hogy a keletiben 450 Ft. egy 1 1/2 literes ásvány víz. Dear MÁV Zrt. És mivel az ajtóhoz közel ülök ezért nagyon zavar. ( Üljek arrébb) A koszról nem is beszélve! Kérdem én önök bármit meg tehetnek Következmények nélkül? Mert kifogás mindenre van de megoldás az nincs. Vágányon, nem tudok meg átszállni a 5. Vaganyrol induló tiszaujvarosi csatlakozásra, mert a forgalomirányító hamarabb elengedte a tiszaujvarosi vonatot mint a Budapestit, Felhaborito, hogy mennyire nem körültekintően járt el a mai napra beosztott forgalmista, nem tudtam atszallni, mondtam a forgalmistanak ne indítsa el a csatlakozás vonatot, mert épp át lehetett látni a Bp i vonat nyitott ajtaján, nem győzödott meg arról, h van e meg utas a leszálló oldalon, elindította a csatlakozást, Kérem a kivizsgálását, mert plussz költséggel busszal kellett tovább utazni!
