★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az egyik nyomtatóm vittem be hozzájuk hulladékfesték tartály cserére, amit elvállaltak, sajnos a csere nem történt meg, csak resetelés történt 5 000 Ft-ért, amit elmondtam ezt én is megtudtam volna tenni, de mondták ebben az árban ki is tisztították és tökéletesen működik amiért hálás voltam és jó viszonyban sikerült elválnunk.
Azonban amikor beüzemeltem az üzletben a nyomtatót kiderült, hogy a nyomtatófej megsérült és nyomtatása minősíthetetlen, ezt jeleztem is hogy előtte nem volt ilyen baja a nyomtatónak és vissza vittem, hogy elhárítsák a problémát.
Javítás után bementem az üzletbe és semmi mosoly és kedvesség, csak annyit mondtak nem tudták megjavítani és 7 000 Ft-ot javítási költségre kértek volna, végül 3 500 Ft ban kiegyeztük.
Jeleztem az új nyomtató vásárlási szándékom, de ebben a segítségük nem kaptam meg.
Így feleslegesen 8 500 Ft-ot fizettem ki egy megnem javított eszközre.
I brought one of my printers to them to replace the waste toner box, which they undertook, unfortunately the replacement did not take place, only a reset was made for 5,000 HUF, which I said I could have done, but they said it was cleaned and works perfectly for I was grateful and we managed to divorce in a good relationship.
However, when I put the printer in the store and it turned out that the print head was damaged and its printing was unqualified, I also indicated that there was no such problem with the printer before and took it back to fix the problem.
After the repair I went into the store and no smile and kindness, all they said was they couldn't fix it and they would have asked for 7,000 HUF for the repair cost, in the end we settled for 3,500 HUF.
I indicated my intention to buy a new printer, but I didn’t get their help in that.
Thus, I paid HUF 8,500 unnecessarily for an unrepaired device.
