I was in the government window to renew my license. I went to a date. I was called on time, I received proper, correct information.

I'm not local. I was enchanted by the wonders of the space in front of me! We last stopped at Kossuth Square, the main square of Karcag. There are more statues here than arthropods in an anthill. The abundance of sculptures in the filtered light, in the density of swirling snowflakes, was unforgettable. I will mention just a few of the masterpieces here. Here stands the Victorian well known locally as the Angel Well. Since 1893, it has adorned the main square as the city’s first artesian researcher. In 2001, it underwent a complete renovation. The sculptor Sándor Győrfi restored the old well in its original splendor. Here stands the statue of Kossuth, inaugurated in 1907, at the inauguration of which Ferenc Kossuth also appeared. Here you can see the more than 200-year-old Palatine Column, the Reformed Church with a strange tower, the now indispensable self-point…. The most striking creation of the space for me, the peak of the day, is a World War II memorial erected in 1992, named Kun Pieta. The statue commemorates our 555 heroes. A mother holds the son of a dead soldier on her lap. You rarely see a main drive that is more receptive than this! I, whose several ancestors have been victims of world burning, may be a little biased !?
