McDonald's - McDonald's

Not great but ok. **2nd visit 2/11/2020 much different.... Poor service, front counter was very disorganized and manager was running around in the back while confused cashier's ran back and forth with questions for him... Upon an opportunity to finally order our cashier was friendly but did not know the menu very well. Icing on the cake was finding out that this McDonald's does not offer any mustard at all, meaning they don't make it like every other McDonald's so much for consistency in at least a burger globally. They looked at me as if I was insane for asking to have a side of mustard! I am going to have to try another McDonald's 8n Budapest to verify because everyone I know here has mustard in their pantry or cold room except McDonald's.

It’s a very poorly run McDonald’s. Their Coke products never have any CO2 in them and their staff/kitchen must be poorly managed also as the queue always progresses extremely slowly. But at the end of the day it’s a McDonald’s and you’ll still go there despite this review :)

Good breakfast menu, kind helpful stuff, little bit better prices than in Slovakia. Christmas decorations already in late November.

Just wanted to buy a cheeseburger and a som lolly. Spent around 10mins at 2pm:(

It was too crowded with too slow employees. There was fallen trash everywhere near the cashier. I had to wait 20 minutes when there was only 4 orders in front of me. Burger King and KFC was a lot faster and cleaner.

Same mc as everywhere else so same food can be expected Nice lady staff and late night opening hours thank you

Do not visit!! Mcdonalds Miskolc, Búza tér 1, 3525 Hungary Visited this mcdonalds on 07/06/2022 at 10pm. We had been out hiking most of the day and lost track of time. We orderd our food at 22:10  and selected the bring to the table option we were order 49 and table number 30. When we orderd there were maybe 5 other people in the mcdonalds. 22:20 comes no food  I figure they must be busy not an issue. 22:30 comes still no food I go to check the board and my order is not there. My partner who speaks Hungarian goes to ask the staff what's going on and they just completely ignore her. She goes back 10 minutes later at 22:40 and finally a staff member acknowledges her. Turns out our food had been sat on the sending tray since 22:20 but they had no capacity to bring it to us. They had the table numbers on the order screens and made no attempt at all to tell us the foods ready or even to shout the order number. So they give my gf the food finally and of course the fries after sitting for 20 minutes in the open are cold and nasty  there is no offer to remake the food so my gf  asks them to replace them after much grumbling they do so. She brings the cokes over and after 1 sip there is no ice in the coke and they are lukewarm and nasty At this point I'm furious so I go up and jump In  front of everyone and tell the guy the drinks are disgusting and they need to be replaced , he replaces them I go back and they aren't even carbonated the burgers were cold dry and nasty. We ate them out of sheer hunger. this is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever had the mispleasure of visiting  do yourself a favour and go elsewhere 1/5 stars bad food rude uncaring staff
