R	Richárd Bányai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 32 perc volt 2db McChicken szendvics a Drive-ben. Hétköznap délután, amikor 3 autó állt csak előttünk, és bent sem sokan lézengtek. Felháborító, kiábrándító! Mikor szóltunk a kiadóablaknál a hölgynek, annyit mondott, itt az élményekre helyezték a hangsúlyt, és menjünk be kipróbálni. Mondtuk, hogy köszönjük, az élményt megkaptuk! Más éttermekben ilyenkor el sem merik kérni a pénz, és sűrű elnézések közepette hajlongnak, hogy mit tehetnek annak érdekében, hogy kiengeszteljék a vendéget! Annó, amikor dolgoztam az étteremláncnál, diákmunkásként (17 éve (úristen)), ha valaki 5 perc elteltével nem kapta meg a teljes rendelését, a műszakvezető úgy leordított bennünket, mint annak a rendje! Visszahoznám az egy perces kiszolgálást, ott meglátszana, hogy jól működik-e a rendszer! A Supervisor-ök már nem járják az éttermeket?? Lenne mit rendbe rakni! Eddig a gyöngyösi egységet tartottam a leglassúbbnak, de most sajnos az egri átvette ezt a címet! U.I.: KÖVETELEM VISSZA A PRÉMIUM GRILLCSIRKE SZENDVICSET! ARRA VÁRNÉK 40 PERCET IS! A LEGJOBB SZENDVICS VOLT A MEKI TÖRTÉNELMÉBEN!! Üdv.

Botrányos, hogy ilyen árak mellett egy darab burgert nem sikerül hiánytalanul elkészíteni. Nagy taps a felkészült alkalmazottaknak! From the Sea Sebastian sandwich, only the essence of the dish, the shrimp, was forgotten. It is scandalous that at such prices a piece of burger cannot be made completely. Big applause for the prepared employees!

B	Boldizsár Szécsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 39 perc alatt egy komolyabb étteremben kihoznak egy 4 személyes fatálat. Én ennyi idő alatt kaptam egy McChiken szendvicset, ami valójában csibeburger volt, egy kis krumplit, egy üdítőt és egy epres fagyit. Ebből 1 dolgot kellett készíteni. A barátom egy teljes óra várakozás után visszakérte a pénzt. Zárják be ezt a helyet, mert egyértelműen nem működik! A wooden bowl for 4 people will be brought out in a more serious restaurant in 39 minutes. All that time I got a McChiken sandwich, which was actually a chick burger, a little fries, a soda and a strawberry ice cream. 1 of these had to be made. My friend returned the money after a full hour of waiting. Close this place because it clearly doesn't work!
G	György Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kiszolgálás csiga lassú. Majdnem fél órát kellett várni a kajára egy GYORS étteremben. Mikor pedig szóvá tettem a lassúságot lekezelő fintorgást kaptam a kiszolgáló hölgytől. Ami viszont még rosszabb, hogy elképesztő mocsok és piszok van az étterem étkező részén és a konyhában is. Erről készítettem képeket is (csatolom a véleményhez). Szerintem ilyen körülmények között cseppet sem ajánlatos az itt étkezés, fertőzés veszély áll fent. Senkinek nem ajánlom! The service snail is slow. We had to wait almost half an hour for food at a FAST restaurant. And when I talked about it, I got a grimace from the serving lady to deal with the slowness. What’s worse, though, is that there’s amazing dirt and grime in the restaurant’s dining area and in the kitchen as well. I also took pictures of this (I attach it to the opinion). I don't think it is at all recommended to eat here, there is a risk of infection. I do not recommend to anyone!
D	David Janoska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon nem oké, hogy a (hulladék és zsúfolt) Tesco parkoló érintése nélkül gépjárművel a vendéglátóhely megközelíthetetlen. Gyakorlatilag bottleneck lett a parkoló közepén a hely. Sokkal szimpatikusabb lett volna, ha már Rákóczi útról könnyedén, a parkoló forgalmát feleslegesen nem terhelve lehetett volna intézni egy rendelést. Gyalogosan gondolom a szokásos. Tucat vendéglátóhely. It is very okay that the restaurant is inaccessible by car without touching the (waste and crowded) Tesco car park. Virtually bottleneck became the parking lot in the middle of the place. It would have been much more sympathetic if an order could have been placed from Rákóczi út easily, without unnecessarily burdening the traffic of the car park. On foot I think the usual. Dozens of restaurants.

We called in for lunch and despite my Hungarian speaking wife telling the server several times what we wanted to order and repeating numerous times that we didn't want the "menu plusz", that's what we received, without realising, minus the mayonnaise that we ordered! After we finished eating, I checked the receipt, and sure enough, it stated "menu +" for both meals. My wife complained to the woman who took our order but she said that we'd asked for the menu+. We also complained to the greeter on the way out but she didn't care or apologise either. We won't be returning in a hurry. After all, there is a KFC directly across the road.
