★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication is horrible, their knowledge of English is devastating. When asked about the order (& why they charge the drink separated from the menu), the cashier acts as if they don't understand you. Altough they do that to all turists there. The fries were cold when we got the food. Bathrooms are just nasty. Very crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for 14 minutes for a Big Mac menu when there are virtually no customers, whilst seeing at least 4 employees chatting along nicely instead of doing their job is not a valid standard in the 21st century. Avoid this restaurant.
