One Cesar salad and one sandwich. 15' later nothing. Going personally to the counter, got a simple answer (no apologies) "we are preparing it".
5' later again I solicited the manager, again no apologies, no croutons, no fork with the salad, no smile and no usual polite gesture to apologize a 20' waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow in service! But really!!!. No automated ordering yet. Staff is slow. Order taking took 5 minutes. One person was ahead of us. Serviced regular Coke instead of Diet one as per our request. No sorry for it.
