★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badest McDonald's in pecs I ordered 5 menus and a big mac and when coming home I didn't have Friese in all the menu's, and the extra big mac wasn't there also, I ate my burgers and got back to them and they told me that I am lying ? and that it's my responsibility to check my order ? and they even tell me why I got back after an hour ?? please macdonalds do somthing about your management ?. They did me like I was begging ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McDonald’s ever!!!!! First, they have not given out the orderred burgers, I drove back from home, it turned out my Burger was on the counter shelf. Ok, back at home I had to realise that they gave me different Burger what I have orderred. They are unable to reach on phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ workers are absolutely incapable. It seems they don’t take their jobs seriously. I waited 17 minutes for a cup of coke. Unfortunately it was topped though, this time I went for a coffee and waited 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very helpful. The view is amazing, especially if you love seeing cars as it overlooks a main road. The food is delicious, and you can get multiple burgers gluten-free

But today they managed to mess up 2 meals and 2 sandwiches
Must mean they are hiring the least IQ people or they intentionally try to skip on some items or whatever.
Shame on you to ruin mc's world wide reputation.
Ofcourse that's not to mention situations where the staff were rude, and how the sandwiches are literally thrown together.
Always taking too long til the fries becomes wooden sticks.
As for the staff, never have i ever had a window slammed while i was still talking, for the reason that i don't speak their language AT MC??? Internationally known restaurant. At this point this is personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotlessly clean. Nice staff and piping hot meals - I think these are (should be) the main requirements for customers. They have completed it. Great location, by the city library and universities nearby. Though it is better for those who drive - drive through option. Lovely views to the TV Tower and Havi Hegy (Hill). We have enjoyed our meals, next time when we visiting back will pop in again.
