A	Alexandra Czank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az interneten (hasznaltauto.hu-n) néztünk ki egy autót a kereskedésükben. Érkezésünk előtt egy nappal telefonáltunk, előre egyeztettünk időpontot. A megbeszélt időpontban érkeztünk, az autó nem volt a helyszínen. A kereskedő közölte, hogy csak másfél óra múlva tudnánk megnézni az autót. Mivel Pécsről utaztunk Bajára, ez gondot okozott számunkra. A kereskedő elnézést kért a kellemetlenségért, majd felajánlotta, hogy másnap lehozza Pécsre az autót, hogy ne kelljen újra Bajára utaznunk. Elkérte az elérhetőségem, azt mondta másnap keresni fog telefonon. A hívás részükről nem történt meg, majd aznap délután fél 2-kor érdeklődtem. Azt mondták, hogy még biztosan keresni fognak, ami azóta sem történt meg. Az autót 'azonnal elvihető'-ként hirdetik, ami úgy lenne igaz, ha az autó éjjel-nappal a kereskedésben lenne és bármikor meg lehetne nézni.. Friss műszakit ígérnek, ehhez képest ügyfélkapun utánanéztünk és az autónak a műszakija hamarosan lejár.. Ha előre egyeztetnek egy időpontot a vevővel, akkor az a minimum, hogy arra odafigyelnek, hogy akkora az autó a vásárló rendelkezésére álljon.. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom őket! We looked for a car in their trade on the internet (hasznaltauto.hu). We phoned one day before we arrived, we made an appointment in advance. We arrived at the agreed time, the car was not on site. The dealer said we could only see the car in an hour and a half. Since we traveled from Pécs to Baja, this was a problem for us. The dealer apologized for the inconvenience and then offered to bring the car to Pécs the next day so we wouldn’t have to travel to Baja again. He asked for my contact information, he said he would search by phone the next day. The call was not made on their part, and then I inquired at half past two that afternoon. They said they would definitely look for it, which has not happened since. The car is advertised as ‘immediately take away’, which would be true if the car were on sale around the clock and could be viewed at any time. They promise a fresh technician, compared to that we checked it through a customer gate and the car's technics will expire soon. If a date is agreed with the buyer in advance, the minimum is to make sure that the size of the car is available to the buyer. I don't recommend them at all!

A hirdetett autó nem állt bent a kereskedésben a mikor telefonon érdeklődtem (ez egy szombat reggel volt), de az értékesítő azt mondta, hogy amikorra odaérek (100-110 km-re lakom) addigra már bent lesz az autó meg tudom nézni. Amikor megérkeztem a kereskedéshez azt láttam, hogy a tulajdonos és két alkalmazott az általam kiszemelt autót takarítja (jó munkát végeztek). Az autóval mentünk egy próba kört, az értékesítő mindent nagyon korrektül bemutatta nekem az autótón, a visszaúton már én vezettem. Az autó nagyon megtetszett úgy döntöttem megvesszük, de a régi autóm még meg volt. A kereskedés tulajdonosát megkérdeztem be tudná e számolni az autómat. Ő körbenézte az autót amivel érkeztem és mondott egy nagyon korrekt árat rá, én sokkal rosszabb ajánlatra számítottam. Így kezet nyújtottunk egymásnak, én azt gondolom nagyon korrekt üzletet kötöttünk. Azóta kb. 1500 km-ert használtam az autót semmilyen rejtett, elhallgatott hibát nem találtam rajta. Én csak ajánlani tudom ezt a kereskedést mindenkinek aki jó kiszolgálást, jó autót korrekt áron szeretne vásárolni. I bought a car from them a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with the staff working there and the owner. The advertised car was not inside the dealership when I inquired by phone (it was a Saturday morning), but the salesman said that by the time I get there (I live 100-110 km away) by then the car will be inside so I can see. When I arrived at the dealership I saw the owner and two employees cleaning the car I had picked up (they did a good job). We went for a test drive with the car, the salesman showed me everything very correctly on the car, I was already driving on the way back. I really liked the car I decided to buy it, but my old car was still there. I asked the owner of the dealership if he could report my car. He looked around at the car I arrived with and said a very fair price for it, I was expecting a much worse offer. So we shook hands with each other, I think we made a very fair deal. Since then, approx. I used the car for 1500 km I did not find any hidden, silent faults on it. I can only recommend this deal to anyone who wants to buy good service, a good car at a fair price.

Az autohitel ügyintézésre végül nem került sor, egy kicsit olcsóbb autó mellett döntöttünk, amit ki tudtunk fizetni. Minden papir munkát atvallaltak, gyorsan es gördülékenyen ment az eladas. A regi autónkat beszamitottak, olyan áron, amivel nagyon meg vagyunk elégedve. Az autót friss műszakival es olajcserevel kaptuk meg. Rossz klimaval vettuk meg, de egy elore egyezetett időpontra vissza vittuk, es ket napon belül megjavitottak számunkra költségmentesen. Ezen kívül a szűrőket kicsereltuk magunknak(ezek filleres tételek) Ha legközelebb autot vasarolnank, először őket fogjuk meg keresni. Köszönjük szépen! We found them on usedauto.hu. All paper work was assigned, and sales went quickly and smoothly. Our old car was delivered at a price we are very happy with. We got the car with fresh gear and an oil change. We bought it in a bad climate, but we took it back to a pre-arranged date and it was repaired for us free of charge within two days.
