Június közepén rendeltem egy nagyobb méretű medencét és hozzá tartozó napkollektort 200e HUF értékben és a mai napig (július vége) csak hitegetnek a határdőt 2 hetekkel tologatva. Elérni nehézkes őket, a messenger chatbot használhatatlan. A honlapon feltüntetett telefonszám nem él. Egyedül email-re válaszolnak, illetve azon a csatornán keresztül ígérgetnek.
