★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig gyorsan -egy héten belül- kaptam időpontot. Ma sem a szemészetre, sem tüdőszűrőre nem tudtak időpontot adni szeptemberre. Akkor minek fizetni ide is a súlyos tízezreket biztosítottként? Az menti két csillagra, hogy eddig nem volt velük gond. Ezért az összegért profibb szervezést vàrnék! Mintha az àllami ellàtórendszer lenne màr ez a cég is.
 So far, I got an appointment quickly - within a week. Today, neither ophthalmology nor lung screening could be scheduled for September. Then why pay the heavy tens of thousands here as insured? The two stars along the way have not had a problem with them so far. Therefore, I would expect a more professional organization for the amount! It is as if this company is already the state supply system.

Negatívumok: A legtöbb orvos nem foglalkozik behatóan a beteggel. Lefutja a kötelező köröket, majd annak ellenére, hogy az embernek tünetei vannak, amik megnehezítik az életét, megállapítják, hogy nincsen semmi baj, jók az eredmények, teljesen egészéges a páciens. Kitartónak kell lenni, ha további vizsgálatokra szeretnénk beutalót (Székesfehérvár)
Positives: You don’t have to wait long for dates. Tidy, clean place.
Negatives: Most doctors do not deal in depth with the patient. He runs down the mandatory circles and then even though the person has symptoms that make his life difficult, they find that there is nothing wrong, the results are good, the patient is completely healthy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Horváth Lilla Viola belgyógyászhoz volt szerencsém. Időpontot igazából csak azért kértem, mert sem Email-ben sem telefonon nem kaptam választ a kérdéseimre a teszteket illetően. Sajnos a doktornő sem volt segítőkész, stílusa goromba, elutasító, lenéző volt. És ezt én költségemre..
Illetve a weboldalon sok infó megtalálható, de nem a tesztekről. Részletek, hogy mit kapsz ha a tesztet elvégzed. Vagy egy példanyomtatvány, hogy lásd így fog kinézni a teszteredmény.. mivel tájékoztatni nem tudnak ez egy szuper opció lenne! (Például a széklet vizsgálat. De pontosan mit vizsgálnak? Vagy a gyógyszerallergia. Három lehetőség van a listában, de ugyanaz a text jelenik meg mindháromnál. Mi a különbség? Honnan tudom nekem melyikre van szükségem?)
A tanácsadás minősíthetetlen, de a két csillag mert kedvezményes áron elérhetőek a tesztek egy privát orvos tarifájához hasonlítva.
I was lucky enough to see Dr. Lilla Viola, an internist. I actually only asked for an appointment because I didn’t get an answer to my questions about the tests either by Email or by phone. Unfortunately, the doctor was not helpful either, her style was rude, dismissive, contemptuous. And this at my expense ..
Also, there is a lot of information on the website, but not about the tests. Details of what you will get if you take the test. Or a sample form to see this will look like the test result .. since you can't inform it this would be a super option! (For example, a stool test. But what exactly are they testing? Or a drug allergy. There are three options on the list, but the same text appears for all three. What's the difference? How do I know which one I need?)
Counseling is unqualified, but the two stars because the tests are available at a discounted price compared to the rate of a private doctor.

PCR teszten voltam, egy másik alkalommal pedig vérvételen.
Időpontot hamar kaptam. Az iranyító pultban precízen intézik a beteg koordinálását, a tesztet végző, illetve a vérvételt végző munkatárs kedves és emberi volt és fájdalommentes munkát végzett. Köszönöm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedves Klinika! Dr. Balogh Boglárka reumatológus doktornőnél voltam konzultáción, maximálisan elégedett vagyok. Teljes, mindenre kitérő vizsgálatot végzett, maximálisan elmagyarázta a problémámmal kapcsolatosan dolgokat, diagnózist képeken is megmutatta. Köszönöm ezt a hozzáállását!
Várnom sem kellett, az időpontomhoz képest 5 perccel korábban hívott be a doktornő!
Dear Clinic! I was in consultation with Dr. Roglárka Balogh, a doctor of rheumatology, I am maximally satisfied. He did a full, comprehensive examination, explained things about the problem to the maximum, and showed a diagnosis in pictures. Thank you for this attitude!

В интернете мы не нашли много информации о том, где кроме Будапешта мы можем сдать тест, и чтобы получить результаты быстро и в электронном виде. К счастью, мы увидели сайт клиники Медикавер, где мы нашли все, что нам нужно было, и в самом лучшем виде! Поздно вечером мы отправили онлайн заявку, чтобы назначить встречу для теста в ближайшем к городу Шиофок населенном пункте. Уже утром мы получили ответный мейл с назначенным временем. Мы приехали ранее назначенного времени и были приняты в течение пяти минут. Все организованно очень хорошо и профессионально. Чисто, современно, просторно! Продумана каждая деталь. Есть парковка. Рядом красивый парк и приятный ресторан, кстати:)) Результаты теста пришли на мейл через шесть часов. Тест, между прочим, отрицательный:)) Можно спокойно возвращаться домой!
We are on vacation in Siofok, Hungary, and needed to take a PCR test to fly home. On the Internet, we did not find a lot of information about where, besides Budapest, we can take the test, and to get the results quickly and electronically. Fortunately, we saw the Medicover Clinic website, where we found everything we needed and in the best possible way! Late in the evening, we sent an online application to make an appointment for a test in the nearest village to Siofok. Already in the morning we received a reply mail with the appointed time. We arrived early and were received within five minutes. Everything is very well organized and professional. Clean, modern, spacious! Every detail is thought out. There is parking. Nearby there is a beautiful park and a nice restaurant, by the way :)) The test results came by email in six hours. The test, by the way, is negative :)) You can safely return home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicewise I am satisfied with Medicover. Especially with the pregnancy care team. They are very helpful and professional. However the finance team is not on the top. They wanted me to pay twice for my package, sent wrong bills, and they forgot to mention about price increase of my pre-bought medical package. They only let me know, when I wanted to downgrade my package. No apologies whatsoever. So Finance team would need a bit more focus and maybe a customer service trainig. Hence the 2 stars
