Kértük, hog a csokor az alkalomhoz illő legyen és külön kértük, hogy rózsaszín és lila virágok ne kerüljenek a csokorba, mert az nem a mi színvilágunk. A hölgy nagyon kedves volt, biztosított minket, hogy minden rendben lesz. A meglepetés akkor ért minket, amikor a csokorért menve megláttuk, hogy kérésünk ellenére csak rózsaszín és lila virágok voltak a csokorban, a virágkötés nulla a díszítés semmi,szegényes ötlettelen , a csokor pedig nem esküvőre való.Olyan érzésem volt, hogy az aznapi maradékból kötötték, "ahogy esik, úgy puffan" alapon. Gondolkodtunk, hogy nem visszük el , e csokrot, de idő híján nem tehettünk mást , kifizettük. Ezt a boltot nem ajánlom ezt a boltot senkinek ! We ordered a bouquet for my daughter's wedding. A megrendelt Mozart desszert helyett amiért fizettem 1400 Ft-ot, kapott egy merci csokit ami egyébként 650 Ft. Felhívtam az üzletet, semmit nem tettek annak érdekében, hogy helyre hozzák amit elrontottak, semmi mást nem csináltak csak mentegetőztek. Elvárásom soknak bizonyult részükre, mert nem azt küldték amit rendeltem. Ettől az üzlettől óvok mindenkit, hogy on-line rendeljen bármit is! Tisztelt Medinilla! Válaszára reagálva nem én vagyok az első aki rossz véleménnyel van önökre! Telefonos megkeresésemre igazat adott, hogy nem azt kaptam amit rendeltem, erre a válaszában teljesen mást ír! Én 1400 Ft fizettem a Mozart desszertért erre ön ráfogja egy 650 Ft-os csokira, hogy drágább! Szánalomra méltó, hogy csak ennyi telik öntől! A kártya ami nem volt benne az hiányzik nagyon, mert így személytelenné vált az ajándék! Szerintem nem a vevőt kellene okolni azért, mert nem azt kapta amit rendelt, hanem a küldőt és a szállítót!
