We went to the old showroom, it was empty. Sadly on the way home, I inquired by phone where their current location had been diverted to the present one, which was about 100 meters away. Their perfectly positive attitude is old, very helpful ready, their commitments (for delivery and service) are punctual. Their products are excellent. ... We have had to contact us several times since the first entry. Our experience: so far we have bought 2 armchairs. After the first few months, he started squeaking. He was taken away, brought back, squeaking. He was taken away again, brought back, squeaking. They tried to say that our floor was squeaking. Of course .... Finally, after the warranty expires, there is a huge crack. The steel plate holding the rollers broke in half. They responded to an immediate signal after a week. Since I needed an armchair I immediately ordered a new one. He was supposed to have had to wait for weeks because of the large ship that crossed. In the meantime, I contacted the manufacturer about the broken part. He immediately sent me the parts to be replaced and a video for free so I could do the repair at home. It worked. (At my request, I received a replacement from the service person instead of the torn tissue element.) Meanwhile, the new armchair came. Within two weeks, tiny balls and bearing-looking parts fell out of it amid scary sound effects. (It may not have been good for him that the transport was done by 1 person and he was dragged down the stairs to the third floor.) I immediately asked for the return. The defective product was taken away and the purchase price (which is not returned in kp according to the method of purchase) was returned on the last (ninth) day prescribed by them. Something that "sorry for selling the defective product" does not exist either orally or in writing. I think that's where we ended up with the company.
