Dear Bernadett Rákosi! We are very sorry if you left us with such experiences. I think it can only be someone’s relative because we didn’t find a patient in our system with that name. Sometimes, indeed, you have to wait because treatment for a patient can take a long time, and unexpected complications can prolong your care. If one or two of these patients arrive, say for an afternoon shift, it can actually cause a slip for the evening, so we apologize. Perhaps it can mean something, though, that so many patients have been choosing us for more than 25 years, and it is precisely because of this that these slippages may be. There is teamwork in our practice, the members of our medical team specialize according to special specializations, so it is natural that an oral surgery problem is treated by another doctor than a root canal treatment or a dental filling, be it a single patient. I can assure you that we never write patients to each other. That wouldn't make much sense, I think you can see. Everyone receives an invoice or receipt, say it in their own name or to a health fund. All about our dental technology is that it is a very modern laboratory equipped with digital technology, with which we have been working together for about 20 years, so they are not beginners. You can find all the information about them on our website. Here, too, all I can say is that we have not accidentally worked with them for more than 20 years. If I didn’t do their job well, I can assure you they wouldn’t be our partners, as ultimately their work also represents our practice. Perhaps about how much we feel the importance of what kind of denture we pass on to our patients, which they will live with for many years, decades, let’s ask our thousands of satisfied patients. I think no one is more afraid of the dentist than I am. ?I like to get up from the doctor's chair with a smile ? Completely painless, I think I was in very good hands. I happily left under the hands of Doctor Markó. I strongly recommend it to everyone. In July, ottt again ☺️☺️☺️

I visited them 5 times, including dental and oral surgery. Each went into a fleet, preceded by very correct communication about prices, the content and implications of treatments. I especially liked the good radiance and heartfelt humor of most of the doctors / assistants, I experienced a pleasant atmosphere with them throughout.

I have been using their services over the decades of my fears and I am very satisfied. The staff are kind, helpful, flexible and as far as I can judge professionally is a high standard. The clinic is modern and clean. I value it as a value for money and I can only recommend it to everyone. Thank you, too, for hundreds of doctors and colleagues for their work. :)

Fast date transmission, pleasant, clean environment. There are several doctors to choose from.

I went here for smaller jobs for several years (tartar removal, minor fillings), but one of their suggested filling fillings didn't work for half a year, or I was 6x for filling fillings, aftercare, several doctors looked, but it was no better idea than refilling approx. in the same way, to laser. In the end, I couldn't even chew on it anymore. So I went somewhere else where it was good dearly, but at first I managed to change the filling well, where they told me what the problem was. Unfortunately, I don’t go any further because of this, but they were kind anyway.
