Itt legalább érezhető, látszik hogy szolgáltatni akarnak, nem csak a pénzt kivenni a zsebedből. Polite, compassionate, flexible funeral service. For me the price was also right, I asked around even 3 places none were cheaper. At least you can feel here, they seem to want to provide, not just take the money out of your pocket.

Ha felhívják az embert telefonon, mert ügyintézni, egyeztetni kell még személyesen ezt-azt, elvárás, hogy az ember munkaidőben azonnal ott legyen. Nem érdekel senkit, hogy az embernek van egy munkahelye, ahonnan nem minden esetben lehet bármikor elrohangálni. 2. Fizetésnél ha az ember a több százezer forintos számlát átutalással szeretné rendezni és nem kézben hurcolja a köteg húszezrest, már húzzák a szájukat. Ha ennyire nem bíznak az ügyfelekben, ma már mobilneten azonnali az átutalás, pár perc alatt ott van. De ez sem megfelelő. Elvárás, hogy az ember rohangáljon olyan bankautomatákat keresni, ami kiad nagyságrendileg fél millió forintot készpénzben azonnal. Úgy gondolom, hogy ezen a téren a 21. században még van hova fejlődni. Pretty much everything was fine. I found two things strange: 1.
