★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and very low services. Budapest airport should be managed by only Çelebi, Menzies makes huge faileries. Continous late boarding, late airport service buses. On the 13th August we had to wait on board 30 minutes to get the steps to quit the plain.
Horrible!!!

First, they changed the WRONG flight ticket and the following day I found out that my credit card was charged TWICE for this.
Tried calling them at least 50 times throughout the day and not a single phone call was answered. In person, we watched them ignore the phone while there were no customers and staff were sitting back using their own personal mobiles.
Staff receiving our complaint refused to give out their names or take any responsibility for their incompetency. Most disappointingly - when asked about the ticket agent who processed the incorrect change the previous day (whose initials were written on the receipt) staff on site lied and said they had no such worker.
They did not issue a refund and their email service has not yet responded to the issue.
This company deserves negative stars. 0/5 for service.
