★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tervezőnk az utosó fázis elött lelépett azt állitva, hogy a csatorna terv beadáshoz minden kész(név szerint Zvolenszki László). Mivel az utolsó rész nem volt meg a DPMV nem fogadta el a tervet. Hivtuk, SMS-t irtunk számtalanszor, de azóta sem halottunk felőle semmit. A tervet a végén 0-ról kellett kezdenünk, egy új mérnökkel és természetesen a teljes árat újra meg kellett fizetnünk. A pénzen felül buktunk még kb 3-4 hónapot is és a ház már majdnem kész. Köszönjük!
 Our designer stepped down before the last phase, claiming that everything was ready for the canal plan submission (named László Zvolenszki). Since the last part was not set, DPMV did not accept the plan. We called him, wrote an SMS countless times, but we haven’t heard anything from him since. We had to start the plan from 0 at the end, with a new engineer and of course we had to pay the full price again. In addition to the money, we also fell for about 3-4 months and the house is almost ready. Thank You!
