★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szerettem volna megszüntetni a tagságomat, kézzel írt kérelemre ragasztottam a 3.000,-Ft illeték bélyeget, a kártyámmal együtt ajánlva adtam fel.Kapok egy értesítést, mennyit fizessek (csekk persze nincs benne) a hátralékom miatt, az illetéket (3.000,-) megkapták, írjam a megjegyzés rovatba a kártyaszámomat, az utalásnál. Kérdem én, ez egy vicc? És vajon miért kell 3.000,-Ft-ot utalnom, ha simán nyugdíjba vonultam? Ez 0 csillag(!!!!!!!!!!), de egynél kevesebbet nem enged a rendszer.
I wanted to cancel my membership, I stuck to my handwritten request the stamp of 3,000, -Ft, with my card it was recommended. write my card number in the comment box at the transfer. Please, is this a joke? And why do I have to pay $ 3,000 when I retire smoothly? This is 0 stars (!!!!!!!!!!) but less than one is not allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos azt kell, hogy mondjam valóban nem a kedvessegükről híresek.. Az ügyfél megfelelő tájékoztatásában sem jeleskednek. Illetve, a "segítőkészség" mint létező fogalom sajnos náluk egyáltalán nem ismert :/
Unfortunately, I have to say that they are not really famous for their kindness. They do not excel in properly informing the customer either. Respectively, "helpfulness" as an existing concept is unfortunately not known at all: /
