★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sürgős javítás miatt vittem hozzájuk egy gépet, 2-3 napot ígértek a laptop átvizsgálására, majd amikor 4 nap után megkerdeztuk, mi a helyzet, letagadták, hogy 2-3 napos határidőt mondott volna bárki, mintha magától találna ki az ember javítási időket (express 48 órás javítást kértem, ami külön opcióként van feltüntetve a boltban). Másfél hét után szóltak vissza smsben, hogy a laptop nem javítható, ami nyilván rendben lenne, ha eredetileg is ilyen átvizsgálási időt kommunikáltak volna. Telefonon nem elérhetőek soha, konkrétan 10-ből egyszer sem sikerült beszélnem velük, személyesen kellett bemenni csak azért, hogy infót szerezzünk a gépről. Ez így ilyen formában komolytalan.
 I brought a machine to them for an urgent repair, they promised 2-3 days to scan the laptop, and then when we asked what the situation was after 4 days, they refused to allow anyone to say a 2-3 day deadline, as if they had to figure out repair times on their own (express I asked for a 48 hour repair, which is listed as a separate option in the store). After a week and a half, they said in a text message that the laptop could not be repaired, which would obviously have been okay if they had originally communicated such a scan time. They are never available on the phone, specifically I never managed to talk to them out of 10, I had to go in person just to get information about the machine. It is thus frivolous in this form.

We booked a room for 7 and got a room for 6. A dark place with no lighting. A secluded and dark area. There is a problem getting a taxi in the middle of the night. 7 minutes drive to the airport. Hot water in the bath, heated and clean room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my laptop fixed here. It took 1 month and they fixed it. I have paid 27.000 forints. When i went home, it worked only with cable. The battery did not charge. I took it back and they fixed it with guarantee but... they tried to convince me that it is not doable. They said that it will take months to fix it. They asked me to use it with cable. I insisted that they shoud fix it. And they fixed it. But... when i went home the ram was missing. 8gb ram was not in the computer. I went back to the microstore and they accused me that i took it out. They made some calls and they have found it. But they accesed me and i cried in the car. I still recommend this place. Service is not very bad. Computer guys are just not friendly. And check your computer when you take it immediately. Some parts may be "forgotten".
