Á	Árpád Mészáros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szépen karbantartott park. Az emberek szeretnék a lakásukból kitekintve szemüket a zöld fákon pihentetve felfrissülni a természet városi ajándékának. A parkban nagyon jó megpihenni az árnyas fák alatt, ami segíti a megújjolásunkat, hogy tovább élhessünk, tovább tudjunk dolgozni. Köszönet a kerület Polgármesteri Hivatalának a karbantartásért és a fejlesztéséért. Very well maintained park. People would like to look out for their eyes on the green trees, looking out of their apartment, as a gift for the city of nature. In the park it is very good to rest under the shady trees, which helps us to renew, to live longer, to work further. Thanks for the maintenance and development of the District Mayor's Office.

Felmenői eredetileg polgári származású cipszerek voltak. Dédapja, Grosschmid János (1778–1849) földmérő, a Tengermelléki kerület sóbányáinak és kamarai javainak főfelügyelője, 1790. november 18-án nemesség és családi címer adományozásában részesült II. Lipót magyar királytól.[2] Márai Sándor édesapja, dr. nemes Grosschmid Géza (1872–1934) királyi közjegyző, a kassai jogászkamara elnöke, majd a trianoni békeszerződés után a csehszlovákiai Országos Magyar Keresztényszocialista Párt szenátora, édesanyja Ratkovszky Margit (1874–1964) volt. A Grosschmid család nemzedékeken keresztül őrzője volt az elit polgári értékrendnek, így természetes volt, hogy gyermekeiket is e szellemben neveljék.[3] Erről így írt az Egy polgár vallomásaiban: „…a család a szász választófejedelem szolgálatában állott, s az állami pénzverdében dolgoztak. […] Apai dédanyám Országh lány volt, s a család évszázadokon át magyar családokkal házasodott. Mind hivatalnokok voltak, jogászok, köztisztviselők, katonatisztek."
