The woman with the shiny dark hair (didn't catch her name) was extremely helpful, even though I asked alot of questions that were probably stupid. As a newbie, I really appericiated that she took the time to explain everything clearly (and in English!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager told me to go back to my own country, called me offensive names, threatened to beat me up, and allegedly called the cops on me because I told him that I find his, and generally most Hungarian customer service to be unacceptable. I wasn't even speaking in English, as I am fluent in Hungarian. I was there asking for information on a tentative rental, and found some of their policies to be atypical. The guy was condescending and mean from the start, and I didn't appreciate it. The owner told me that my accusations are only hearsay, he stands by his manager, and that I should never come to his store again. Very surreal.
