★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyenge minőség, indokolatlanul felszámlázott havidij, és visszakapcsolási dij. Nem is volt kikapcsolva! Az akadozó kép és hang állandó probléma. Az új dekoder alig működik, hiba hiba hátán. Ez a minősithetetlen hulladék amit a drága pénzért megvett normálisan működő dekoder helyett kiküldött a szolgáltató. Előre nem is egyeztetett időpontban! Márciusban ezt mondta a telefonos hölgy:Türelmet kérnek a dekoder beállitasa a kényelmi funkciókra majd valamikor szeptemberben!!! Meg lesz oldva. Aki tud mashol mással szerződjön. Minden szempontból csaló- dás.
Poor quality, unduly billed monthly fee, and reconnection fee. It wasn't even turned off! Stuttering picture and sound is a constant problem. The new decoder barely works, error error on the back. This is unqualified waste that was sent out by the service provider instead of a normally operating decoder purchased for expensive money. At no time agreed in advance! This is what the lady on the phone said in March: Please be patient to set up the decoder for convenience features then sometime in September !!! It will be solved. Who can mashol contract with someone else. It is disappointing in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindig TV Extra szolgáltatást akartam vásárolni és eztért kerestem fel a képviseletet. Sajnos a Mindig TV központi telefonos ügyintézője fedzült volt, ezért választottam a szrmélyes ügyintézést. A boltnál az ügyintéző felkészült volt és tudott válaszolni valamennyi kérdésemre, mert nem a szokványos megoldást akartam választani. Végül sikerült megtalálni a számomra is kedvező és gazdaságos megoldást. Ez alapján létre is jött a vásárlás és azóta a rendszer is beüzemelésre került, mely eddig remekül müködik. Bízom benne, hogy a továbbiakban is rendben lesz minden és a megbeszélés szerint fog működni a rendszer.
I always wanted to buy a TV Extra service and that’s why I contacted the dealership. Unfortunately, the central telephone clerk at Always TV was tense, which is why I chose to do a thorough administration. At the store, the clerk was prepared and able to answer all my questions because I didn’t want to choose the usual solution. In the end, I managed to find a solution that was favorable and economical for me. Based on this, the purchase was created and since then the system has been put into operation, which has been working great so far. I am confident that everything will continue to be fine and that the system will work as agreed.
