S	Stefi Abonyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkorrekt intézkedés. 2019. október 12-én voltunk a helyszínt megnézni, esküvőszervezés céljából. Megbeszéltük az intézményvezetővel, hogy e-mail formájában elküldjük igényeinket, időpont, lefoglalni kívánt terem/termek, létszám, stb. Ezt még aznap este megtettük. Az e-mailre azóta sem érkezett válasz. Egy héttel később párom telefonon kereste az intézményvezetőt, aki nem vette fel, de vissza sem hívta őt. Később párom további három sikertelen próbálkozás után elérte, akkor azt a választ kaptuk, hogymég nem tudott utánanézni az időpontnak. Hangsúlyozom, egy hét telt el ottjártunk óta. További egyeztetések során kdierült, hogy arra az időpontra más is jelentkezett, hétfőig (10.21) kaptak határidőt a foglalásra. Hétfőn délutántól estig szintén hiába próbáltuktelefonon elérni a vezetőt, ötszöri hívás után sem kaptunk választ. Kedden (ma, 10.22) reggel párom újra próbálkozott, ismét siekrtelenül. Késpbb visszahívta a vezető, közölte, hogy lefoglalták az időpontot. Ma, egy nappal a határidő lejárta után. Amikor párom szóvátette, hogy ez egy inkorrekt elintézésmód, anyni volt a válasz, hogy az úr rosszul emlékezett. Azokra a kérdésekre, hogy miért nem vette fel a telefont, miért nem hívott vissza minket, miért nem válaszolt az e-mailre, és miért egy hét elteltével, többszöri kérés/könyörgés után sikerült csak utánanéznie az időpontnak, nem kaptunk releváns választ. Összegezve tehát elcsesztünk több, mint egy hetet, tűkön ülve, holott, már ottjártunkkor jeleztük, hogy ha nincs más jelentkező, szeretnénk lefoglalni a helyet. Párom a tegnapi hívás alkalmával is szólt róla, hogy ha estig nem jelentkezik a másik pár, akkor mi lefoglalnánk. Természetesen ez nem történt meg, mert a másik pár a nekünk említett határidő után jelentkezett. Válaszul még annyit kaptunk, hogy a botfai akstély helyett akár a csatári faluházban is tarthatjuk az esküvőnket. Köszönjük szépen. Az egy faluház, ez meg egy kastély, valamint, ha ott is így megy az ügyintézés, inkább nem kérünk belőle. Plusz iylen élmény után, miért is vinnénk továbbra is nekik a pénzünket? Kérdem én, hol, miylen formában fog ez számunkra megtérülni? Hiszen a minimum lett volna bármiféle kompenzációt, kártérítést felajánlani, hiszen nem csak megváratva, de félrevezeteve is lettünk. Igazságtalan, dühítő és felháborító kálávria ez, ami merőben visszavetette a helyszínkeresésünket. A hely gyönyörű, az ügyintézés kritikán aluli. Senkinek nem ajánlom! Incorrect action. Later, after three further unsuccessful attempts, my couple reached it, and we got the answer that they couldn't check the date. I emphasize, it's been a week since we visited. Further discussions revealed that others had made an appointment by Monday (10:21), with a deadline for booking. On Monday afternoon until evening we tried to reach the driver in vain, even after five calls. On Tuesday morning (10:22 am) my partner tried again, again without fail. Later, the driver called back and told him that the date had been booked. Today, one day after the deadline. When my partner insisted that this was an inappropriate way of doing things, my mother's answer was that the gentleman had a bad memory. We did not receive a relevant answer to the questions of why you did not answer the phone, why you did not call us back, why you did not respond to the email, and why you only checked the time after a week of requests / requests. So, to sum it up, we wasted more than a week sitting on the needles, although we were already there saying that if we had no other applicants, we wanted to reserve a seat. My couple told me during yesterday's call that if the other couple didn't show up by night, we would make a reservation. Of course, this didn't happen because the other couple applied after the deadline we were told. In response, we were given the opportunity to have our wedding instead of the Botanical barn in the Fortress Village. Thank you very much. It's a village house, it's a castle, and if the business goes there, we would rather not ask for it. After that extra experience, why would we continue to give them our money? I ask where, in what form will this pay off for us? After all, the minimum would have been to offer any kind of compensation or compensation, as we were not only delayed but also misled. It is an unfair, angry and outrageous Calvary that has completely set back our search for a place. The place is beautiful, the administration is under criticism. I do not recommend it to anyone!

Nema toalet papira nititecnog sapuna, higijena losa. Like in a lite-show disco and when you sleep and when you are awake and when you are bathing, everything flashes. Every noise is heard, sleep zero 0. No toilet paper thread soap, poor hygiene.

The hostel is an old, historic building lovingly taken care of by the young caretaker and his family. WiFi, large halls for eating and events, individual and simple rooms available. Surrounded by a large, lovely garden and lots of nature it is worth to rest and relax.
