A rendelés után a díjbekérőt, azt azonnal ügyesen elküldték ami ki is lett fizetve. Semmiféle visszaigazolást nem kaptunk a befizetett összegről, a terméket pedig nem szállítottàk az igért időre. Igérgetések mentek telefonon, de a raktáron lévő termékeket egy hét után sem voltak képesek átadni a futárnak. Szóval a kereskedés egy zsákbamacska. Vagy küldik, vagy nem a megrendelt terméket, ezt soha nem fpgom megtudni.
2 hét átfutás egy rendelésnél - már ha megérkezne annyi idő alatt, amire ugye semmi garancia nincs a telefonos igérgetésen kívül - nekem nem megfelelő, tekintve, hogy ez mindenki másnál raktáron lévő termékeknél 1-3 munkanap. ha előre közlik, hogy talán majd a jövő hét végén lehet hogy elpostázzák a rendelést, akkor máshonnan rendelek csaptelepeket, és akkor nem csúszik 2 hetet a beköltözésünk.
Senkinek nem ajánlom a boltot, max azoknak, akik ráérnek hetekig várni a megrendelt termékre.

Promises went by phone, but the products in stock were not able to be handed over to the courier after a week. So trading is a baggy cat. Whether they ship or not the product you ordered, you will never find out fpgom.
2 weeks lead time for an order - even if you arrive in such a time that there is no guarantee other than the phone promise - is not suitable for me, considering that it is 1-3 working days for everyone else's products in stock. if they announce in advance that maybe the order may be mailed at the end of next week, I will order faucets from elsewhere and then our move-in will not slip for 2 weeks.
I do not recommend the store to anyone, max to those who can wait for weeks for the ordered product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két hete rendeltem több terméket, másnap fel is hívtak telefonon, hogy közöljék, pár termék nincs raktáron. 10 nap, maximum 2 hét szállítási időt ígértek. Azóta semmi. Telefonon nem lehet elérni a webshopot, nem hívnak vissza, mint azt a géphang ígéri. Emailre nem reagálnak. Általában azért rendel az ember szanitereket, mert felújítást tervez, de nem hónapok múlva! Miért nem tájékoztatnak a várható szállítási időről?

I ordered several products two weeks ago, the next day I called by phone to let me know a few products are out of stock. 10 days, maximum 2 weeks delivery time promised. Nothing since. It is not possible to access the webshop by phone, they will not call you back, as the machine voice promises. They do not respond to emails. Usually one orders sanitary ware because they are planning a renovation, but not in months! Why are they not informed about the expected delivery time?
